Burst Creative created this website for a client selling a huge Physical Containment Laboratory. A strategy had to be fleshed out, to advertise the property in a meaningful way. The property was being advertised on realcommercial.com.au, but it was not being found by any users. The Real Commercial site only offered it’s visitors the option of searching for properties under the categories:
- Showrooms/Bulky Goods
- Commercial Farming
Unfortunately, simply placing the Laboratory under ‘Other’ was not having any results for our client. After doing some keyword research through Google Ad words, Google Keywords and Google Analytics, we analysed the traffic that could be generated, and decided to go with a custom website for the laboratory. The online search presence was paramount to this website being of any use.
We also made sure to generate and submit a site map to help the site be indexed, made sure to label all files to be uploaded SEO-friendly, and included unique and relevant titles and meta descriptions on every page. We also made sure to write the content in the site for users first. We created some great, unique content. The site was readable and informative, no use creating a website that did not deliver what it was supposed to deliver. We made sure to label all links with keyword heavy terms. We also made sure to submit the site to various search engines for indexing. Along with a great design and professional photographs, Burst Creative put a lot of time and effort into search engine optimisation. This included title tags, meta keywords, on page SEO.
Burst Creatives Search Engine Optimisation strategy worked as intended for out client. After a short amount of time, The SEO work our web designers undertook, was bringing back great results for the client. For a number of different search terms in Google, the new website came up in the number 1 spot in Google. The website ranked #1 for all of our targeted search terms including:
New Scientist Advertisement
We also created a print advertisement that went into the June issue of New Scientist 2015. This advertisement directed people to the new laboratoryforlease website. A banner also ran on the New Scentist website for the month of June to help in the promotion of the lab available.
